Women's Health: Research Built Around What Matters Most

Women’s health has long been overlooked in clinical research, and the consequences of that gap are felt every day by millions of women managing conditions with little more than inadequate treatment options and unanswered questions. At Zillan Clinical Research, we have had the privilege of working alongside women who chose to be part of the solution, participating in studies spanning pregnancy-related complications, gynecologic care, and early cancer detection. Each completed study brought us, and the broader medical community, closer to the answers that women have deserved for far too long. That work has laid a foundation we are proud of, and one we remain deeply committed to building on.

Where Our Work Has Taken Us

Every study we have completed represents a woman who trusted us with her health, her time, and her hope for something better. That trust has driven our work forward, and it is exactly what continues to inspire every research partnership we pursue, every protocol we follow, and every participant we welcome through our doors.

Fetal and Neonatal Alloimmune Thrombocytopenia (FNAIT)

Every expectant parent hopes for a healthy pregnancy, but for families affected by FNAIT, that hope comes with uncertainty that no parent should have to face alone. At Zillan Clinical Research, we conducted a Phase III study evaluating a targeted investigational therapy aimed at protecting fetal platelets and reducing the risk of serious complications before birth. That work brought the medical community one step closer to answers that matter deeply to families.

Ovarian Cancer Screening Test

For women facing an ovarian abnormality, waiting until after surgery for answers is a burden no one should carry alone. At Zillan Clinical Research, we conducted a study evaluating a blood-based investigational mass score test designed to help doctors better assess whether an ovarian mass is likely to be cancerous, before surgery takes place. By contributing to research that could give women and their care teams clearer, earlier guidance, we helped move the needle toward a future where better decisions can be made sooner.
