This Phase III uterine fibroid research study is evaluating a an investigational once-daily oral combination therapy in women with uterine fibroids or endometriosis who are at risk of pregnancy. The study evaluates whether the treatment can prevent pregnancy when used as the only method of contraception over 13 treatment cycles, along with safety monitoring. Participants receive study-related care and close clinical monitoring at no cost.
