When depression doesnu2019t improve with standard treatment, it can continue to affect how a person feels, thinks, and functions each day. This is especially common in moderate to severe major depressive disorder (MDD) with inadequate response to antidepressants.
The current clinical depression research studies at Zillan Clinical Research are evaluating the safety and long-term efficacy of an investigational deuterated psilocin analog when used alongside ongoing antidepressant therapy and structured psychological support. Eligible participants continue on their current antidepressant therapy and receive structured psychological support and close safety monitoring throughout the study, at no cost.
